Water Sealant for Concrete

Our concrete products are sealed to improve water resistance as you can see in the image below. However, this does not mean they're completely waterproof. Concrete by nature likes to absorb liquids and waxes, due to its porosity, which can cause spots/marks over time.

For this reason we do not accept returns or refunds due to water damage. Extended outdoor use will also cause the water resistance barrier to deteriorate faster.

Product Variations

We take pride in our process to help keep surface blemishes to a minimum. However there may be slight variations between our products as they are handmade.

Small colour inconsistencies and surface voids/bubbles are unavoidable. We will only refund the item if the surface void affects the function of the product.
