Domestic

All orders are delivered via Australia Post. To celebrate the opening of our online store, I'm offering free standard shipping on all orders🎉

International

Sorry I do not ship internationally at the moment.

Delivery Times

Due to COVID-19 delays, standard shipping estimates cannot be provided. Express shipping may take up to 5 business days or more at this stage. While we work to process all orders the following business day, please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be shipped.

Order Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation of your order after a successful checkout. I will email you again when your order has been dispatched.

Out of Stock Products

I do my best to ensure stock levels on the website are up to date, however should your ordered item/s be unavailable you should be contacted within 24 hours. If an item is out of stock I will refund the full amount to the same payment method used for purchase.

Payment

Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard and is processed securely through Stripe

Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been placed you may not cancel the order if the goods have already been shipped. Please select carefully before placing an order.

If you would like to make changes to an order please contact us asap. As long as the order has not been shipped I will try to help you out wherever possible.

Returns Policy

I offer a refund upon return of the product if it was:

  • Damaged when you received it; or
  • Not what you ordered.

Please contact us at contact@muromo.com.au within 5 days of receipt of your delivery and we will work to resolve the situation with you.

Please include as many details as possible about the order and the problem with the goods and be sure to attach photographs of the fault.
